Customer Cases
The customer cases below are a very small cross-section
of the customers to whom Miralix has supplied products and
solutions.
Most of the customers below have been customers virtually
from day one, and use Miralix CTI applications on a daily
basis.
One of the reasons that customers continue to use Miralix
products and do not replace them with new products may be
that they can always be adapted to different telecoms
technology.
Even though a customer may change from traditional
telephony to IP telephony, this usually does not require any
changes to the Miralix software.
Another reason might be that Miralix products can be
extended and implemented with other programs and systems.
Our customers achieve flexibility, independence and cost
savings

“I believe in the concept of mobility, and that means
one can be at the office, working from home or
visiting a customer. We like to see our employees
spending their time with customers” |
Danogips
“You simply click the
mouse once and a window pops up showing the status
of all mobile phones. This allows the switchboard to
continually stay abreast of all telephone activities
in the company” |
Gumlink
“We
have been very satisfied with the Miralix products
and are currently working through a wish list of
facilities we want them to provide in the future” |
Implement
“Good
advice is not always expensive, but led to great
savings instead in this case! Implement is a
consultancy firm experiencing strong growth, in
which communication with customers and between
employees is vitally important. This places demands
on our technological solutions, which have to be 100
per cent dedicated to the immediate needs, while
also allowing for constant development.” |
